Pathway Nexus Group was established to provide flexible, personalised and impactful support for children, young people and young adults aged 5–25.

We understand that educational success looks different for every learner. Some require additional academic support. Others benefit from mentoring, confidence-building and personal development. Many require a blended approach that combines education, guidance and future planning.

Our team works alongside schools, local authorities, care providers, families and professionals to design programmes that meet individual needs and create measurable outcomes.
