Our Services

Pathway Nexus Group provides a range of education, mentoring and progression services for children, young people and young adults aged 5–25.
Our services can be commissioned individually or combined into a wider support package.

Alternative Provision

We provide flexible alternative provision for learners who are unable to access, engage with or thrive within traditional educational settings.

This may include learners experiencing exclusion, risk of exclusion, anxiety-based school avoidance, attendance difficulties, SEND-related barriers, SEMH needs or those awaiting a suitable placement.

Provision can be delivered within schools, family homes, community settings, care environments, online where appropriate, or from one of Pathway Nexus Group’s learning venues, depending on the needs of the learner and the requirements of the referral.

Our alternative provision can include tuition, mentoring, Functional Skills, ESOL, careers support, personal development and reintegration planning.

Mentoring

Our mentoring support helps young people develop confidence, resilience, motivation and positive decision-making.

Mentoring focuses on Character, Confidence and Careers, supporting learners to understand themselves, manage challenges, build aspirations and prepare for future opportunities

ESOL Support

We provide ESOL support for learners who need help developing English language skills.

This includes reading, writing, speaking and listening, alongside confidence-building, communication skills and preparation for education, training or employment.

Support is tailored to individual language levels and learning goals.


SEND Support

We support learners with a wide range of additional needs and barriers to learning.

Our support is personalised and can be aligned to EHCP outcomes, referral requirements and individual learning goals.

Reintegration Support

Where appropriate, we work alongside schools, families and professionals to support successful reintegration into education.

Our programmes help learners rebuild confidence, engagement and routines whilst providing ongoing support throughout transition periods.

Assemblies & Workshops

Group sessions on resilience, ambition, mindset, peer influence, and self-belief.
Suitable for Years 7-11

Speaking Engagements

Uplifting, purposeful talks for student groups or parents.
Careers Week, Year 11 boost days, or SLT enrichment.

Consultancy & Staff CPD

Strategy and training for inclusion leads, heads of year, and SLT.
