Tuition
Our tuition provision is designed to raise attainment, close learning gaps, and build confidence in learners aged 5–18. We deliver high-quality, targeted support in English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, and French from KS1–KS4, tailored to individual needs and aligned to school curriculum objectives.
In addition to core subjects, we also provide PSHE, Life Skills, and Digital Skills to develop confidence, independence, and real-world readiness.
All sessions are led by qualified teachers and experienced subject specialists, including former senior school leaders, ensuring a consistently high standard of delivery.
We work flexibly with schools, PRUs, care homes, and community settings, providing in-person, online, or hybrid learning options. Progress is tracked through baseline assessments, ongoing reviews, and clear reporting, enabling schools and commissioners to evidence impact for internal use, Ofsted, and funding applications.
Mentoring
Our mentoring programme supports young people to develop the skills, mindset, and resilience they need to succeed both in and out of education. Built around our Character, Confidence, and Careers pillars, the programme focuses on emotional regulation, identity, personal development, and career readiness.
We work with pupils at risk of exclusion, disengagement, or becoming NEET, using trauma-informed approaches and experienced mentors – including ex-teachers and youth workers – who understand the challenges young people face.
Mentoring sessions are engaging, practical, and impact-driven, helping young people improve behaviour, attendance, and motivation, while re-engaging them with education or training.
Our delivery is flexible, offering one-to-one or small group sessions in schools, PRUs, care homes, or community settings. Impact is measured through baseline assessments, regular progress tracking, and feedback from pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
Blended Model – Tuition & Mentoring Combined:
While both interventions can be delivered independently, many schools and commissioners choose our blended model, combining the academic focus of tuition with the personal growth outcomes of mentoring.
This wraparound approach delivers measurable improvements in academic attainment alongside increased confidence, resilience, and future readiness.
The blended model can be customised to include core academic subjects, PSHE, Life Skills, Digital Skills, and mentoring activities, ensuring every learner receives the holistic support they need to succeed.
